| This dehumidifier shipped fine...worked well right out of the box. The packaging is kind of flimsy, but I lucked out...it arrived with no problems. It is working fine, pulling water out of the basement air. We have it set to 45 and it ran continually for about 30 hours, then it started to shut off occassionally for short periods. Now I noticed that it is shutting off more frequently and for a little longer each time. I can only assume that as the basement gets drier, the off cycles will happen more and more and for longer periods of time. All in all, I am very happy with this product...time will tell if I remain satisfied with it, but so far I see no reason to think otherwise. |

Yes, the packaging was mediocre. The bottom is foam, and a sheet of cardboard that is not attached to the rest of the box (exterior plastic straps hold it on), and ideally it should be in its own brown shipping box, but it arrived fine. If it looks beatup, I wouldn't accept delivery.
I was very concerned with other reviews stating the continuous drainage port doesn't work. It does. There is a small flap on the side, flip it open and plug in a 1" clear vinyl hose. Ran this down to my sump pump drainage and everything works fine.
It removes a lot of water, in my basement, it becomes a dribble. Only complaint is that the wheels on the bottom are not easily removable. Other than that, it is A ok. Will update for durability if it breaks. |

| Very quiet compared to our old dehumidifier. Easy to move from room to room and up and down stairs. Extremely happy with this product. |
Works Like a Charm

| I have had this dehumidifier for a few weeks and it seems to work very well. On the one it replaced the unit would shut off and restart completely where on this one the fan runs continuously circulating and filtering the air. The water container is east to dump and though the fan is a bit loud we don't find it annoying. Overall, I am very satisfied with this unit and would highly recommend it. |

| We bought two units when we had an emergency. Both units arrived fine and for last 30 days we've been running units almost non stop. It collects water a lot and unit is very quiet. When a bucket is full, machine shuts off. We are very happy with this product. |
