Glass makes the difference

| The glass container really sets this blender apart. It doesn't stain, it's easier to clean then plastic and just plain looks classier. Also, I've always had trouble with frozen drink mixes (the bottom blends, but the top part never moves down to the bottom). I always thought I didn't do it right. I never have that problem with this blender -- cheers to a well blended margarita! |

| This blender does an awesome job of handling frozen strawberries for smoothies. It's also fun to watch the wave action. Easy to use, easy to clean. |

| I'm glad I decided on this blender. A bit expensive, I think, but you definitely get your money's worth. It blends smoothly and efficiently, and I love that the container is solid glass rather than plastic. I recommend this very highly. |
THE WAVE ICE-BREAKER IS WORTH THE NOISE

. . . Abit louder than I've experienced with prior blenders, but this HB WaveMaker seems to accomplish alot more, and do a better job than any blender I've ever had. The unique swirl-channeling really works; the ice bits are all of a uniform size, and the right size, too.
The variety of options make it five-stars too. Heft, look, performance all
tops too. It'sall I could ask of a blender. Alot more than I'd think to ask,
for sure. |
Good replacement model.

After working the crap out of an older Hamilton Beach model, I purchased this as a replacement unit. Simple, basic controls that provide everything we need for canning, making sauces, mixing shakes and making smoothies.
Can not beat the ease of use and cleanability for this price.
